Since our inception at Equity and Empowerment, we have believed that gender equality is central to achieving social justice and sustainable development.

From the beginning, we have been committed to addressing the unique challenges faced by women and marginalized groups in conflict-affected areas, particularly in northwest Syria. Over the years, we have expanded our programs and initiatives to respond to the evolving needs of the communities we serve.
