Equity and Empowerment organized an interactive LEGO activity for children at its center in Azaz, northern Syria. This activity was part of our ongoing efforts to create a supportive environment that enables individuals to develop their skills, benefit from interactive learning experiences, and enjoy a space filled with fun and discovery.

Objectives of the Activity:

1. Enhancing Creativity and Logical Thinking:
   Giving children the opportunity to design and build models that reflect their imagination and innovative ideas.
2. Developing Social Skills:
   Encouraging cooperation and teamwork among children to achieve shared goals.
3. Improving Fine Motor Skills:
   Enhancing hand-eye coordination through handling LEGO pieces.
4. Creating a Fun Learning Environment:
   Offering an educational experience that combines fun and learning in an innovative way.

Activity Details:

• The activity targeted children aged 7 to 9 years old, and was carefully designed to meet the developmental needs of this age group.
• The event was supervised by a team of specialists in education and child protection, who provided training to the Equity and Empowerment team, along with continuous support and guidance to ensure the best outcomes.
• The activity was characterized by an interactive atmosphere that combined challenge, fun, and creativity, encouraging children to explore and learn through play.

Activity Outcomes:

The activity received positive engagement from the children, who demonstrated high levels of enthusiasm and involvement. This initiative helped boost their self-confidence and encouraged them to adopt a learning approach centered on creativity and collaboration.

Future Vision:

This activity is part of a broader series of initiatives aimed at empowering children through interactive education and innovative recreational activities.
