In coordination with the Directorate of Emergency and Disaster Management in Raqqa, and in collaboration with the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in Idlib, Equity and Empowerment Organization carried out an emergency humanitarian response to support displaced families and communities affected by the flooding of the Euphrates River in Raqqa City.
The response included the distribution of ready-to-eat food parcels to affected households, helping meet their immediate needs and alleviate the impact of displacement and the difficult humanitarian conditions they are facing.
We extend our sincere thanks to all partners and volunteers who contributed to the success of this response, and we reaffirm our commitment to standing alongside affected communities and supporting them during times of crisis.
